Every now and then a request comes up for a place to buy
BU406D transistors. Of all places, Radio Shack has them
listed in their catalog! They don't stock them in store,
but they are available via order as RSU 12163101 at $1.99
each. I suppose quantity discounts apply, you'd have to ask
about that. But I just thought it was interesting that they
were listed in their catalog. Hardly anyone seems to list
these.
