VECTOR: Cinematronics 64 Level Intensity Board

I'm curious to know if anyone has a picture (or would like to take a
picture) of the Cinematronics 64 level intensity board that is used on
the Solar Quest monitor?

I'm trying to build one, and thought it might be easier to layout if I
can see a finished example.
