TI and Intel couldn't decide on what the pinouts for single voltage EPROMS
were going to be, so each did it their own way. Eventually, Intel's (27xx)
won out. The pinout differences can be found at
http://www.spies.com/arcade/schematics/ROMref.txt
2516 2532 and 2564s have different pinouts from the 27xx parts.
