VECTOR: Cinematronics Monitor Problem Solved

Greetings,

  For those who are having the same problem, I solved the problem with
my monitor jittering. I replaced the 2 68 Uf electrolytic caps and the
Tantulums around the DAC 80s. Thanks to Mark Jenison for suggesting
this solution
