VECTOR: Wintron thick black wire goes where ?

Got my Wintron HV trans today. The FAQ mentioned that for $190 it could come
withe a mounting nut. For $190 it could come with instructions too !

My HV board did not have a transformer when I got it. Between the FAQ and
the document on gamearchive, I can figure out where the 6 thin wires go, and
the big red one is obvious. :-)

However, where does the thick black wire go ?
