They are used accross the regs to handle transient voltages that happen when
the monitor is "working hard". This happens during the Death Star explosion,
during the ship explosion sequence & fishoid sequence of Major Havoc. I think
these occur when the monitor has to "strain" to repeatedly draw objects near
the edges of the screen. MAKE SURE you are using a HV board with the 5w 50ohm
resistors if the board is being used in Star Wars / ESB, or Major Havoc.
It is not necessary to have them in a board used in a Quantum machine, but it
wont hurt to use them.
