VECTOR:TECH AD mini monitor

Hey folks, got a AD mini here. When first turned on the pic looks great, then about a minute later it starts to grow and grow and gets brighter. I've capped the monitor also.

I believe it's the HV diode in the HV section. The monitor is a WG V2000.

Can anyone point me to a replacement for this beast or offer any suggestions?
