VECTOR: Monitor part numbers

Hi all,

I'm looking through a catalog here that's got some interesting monitor
parts; parts which I think map up to some vector monitors. If there's
someone out there with some vector monitor manuals, could you get me the
part numbers for the following parts?

G05-801
yoke
HV unit

G08
Deflection yoke
chip on deflection board
HV unit transformer
