It may not be worth the extra cost. The only thing that would get you would
be the ability to plug in a single unit that needed a 20 amp feed
itself. The plug for a 20 amp piece of equipment is different. Instead of
the two blades being parallel, they are at right anlges, so you can't plug
it in to a standard 15 amp service. The outlet with one 'T' shaped hole is
so you can plug either a 15 or 20 amp piece of equipment into it.

Other than a big honking UPS, or a REALLY big air conditioner, I can't think
of any 20 amp piece of equipment you would need in a home. An arcade is
going to have lots of lower amperage equipment.
