Hi All,
I just found a Rip Off that I'm trying to decide whether to purchase it. The
game is in good shape cosmetically but I was told it was not working. The
guy said it has no video - it coins up and makes some noises, but I didn't
try it yet. He said it was complete, but I didn't look inside.
First, is there anything I should be particulary careful of - i.e. if it is
missing X, don't buy it.
Second, is this a fun game? I've played it a bit on MAME, but is it a
"keeper"?
Third, how much should I offer?
Last, all my experience is with Atair Vectors. How difficult (comparatively)
are these to fix?
