FIRST let me say that i HATE cap-kits.
(they encourage lamers & fools to stick a soldering-iron into something they dont understand! )
3 possible causes.
1 - caps in the psu.
2 - caps in the monitor (that u did not replace)
3 - caps in the monitor (that u put in backwards or were faulty)
1 thing thats definate - it's down to caps.

BTW. did i see the name 'arcadeshop' a second ago? if i did then next-time u can PAY for advice (the prices u charge - you can afford it!) :-)
