The +/-22 gets cut down to +/-15 on the main board to power some amps after
the DACs in the display section. You can see this on:

On the aux board, the +22 is used for sound. The +/-22 also gets cut down
to +/-15 and is then turned into -30 for (what I assume is) the EAROM. You
can see this on:

BTW - I checked the pinouts to see if I could test it in my Asteroids, but
it
requires 22 volts. I'm hoping this is only used for the sound section and I
can make a harness supplying the +5, -5 and +12 from the AR board.

Otherwise I can't test it. Still wouldn't be able to test the sound section
but it would be a start.
