VECTOR: interesting new uses for a vectrex

hi all..

after a few weeks work, the sum total of the power brick, AR2, wiring
harness and recently fixed battlezone boards meant i was able to carry out
my long-intended vectrex hack. Yes, a vectrex running battlezone :)

its not perfect, mainly because the vectrex monitor appears not to be able
to cope with the very fast signals needed for the BZ game screen..

however, finally i got it to work, and it is playable :)

now... how much do you guys know about using faster components (namely the Z
section, because it doesn't look like the beam is being switched on/off
quick enough, hence the gaps in the vectors and the obscure writing.)..

any thoughts?
