VECTOR: amplifone and WG 6100 ?

I was wondering if a amplifone tube and deflection yoke could be swapped
with a WG 6100 tube and deflection yoke. Basically would a WG 6100 work
with a amplifone deflection board and HV transformer. I have everything
but the amplifone tube and yoke.
I can get a WG 6100 tube and yoke though. Just wondered if i could get
away with the swap with no problems or minor ones and have a working
monitor for my Star Wars.
