VECTOR: XY testing w/ a scope

I picked up a Tek 2235 scope a few months ago, and I need to start using it
to test several XY monitors. It has been about 10 years since I last used a
scope, and it wasn't for monitor repair.

Anyone know of a decent link/document that describes some of the more useful
procedures that can be performed on an XY monitor w/ a scope?
