I have a small stash of "old style" black leafswitch buttons. Let me
know if you'd like me to see exactly what I have.
I also have a TON of the Atari-on-metal style switch holders - the
kind with the white ring that attaches to the back of the button. I
think I have a whole box of metal brackets that keep them all
together. I'll have to take some pictures and see if anyone has a
need for these.
