FYI: I ordered some BU406D transistors from Olaf Nobis
( ) in Germany. Took 3 days to ship the parts,
and he was very easy to work with.
The prices were good (couple $$ ea. and there were quantity discounts),
shipping was $3, and I paid via an international Money Gram (that cost $10,
but it was an instantaneous money transfer so the hassle factor was low).
