I'm working on my NW SW HV PCB and just noticed that the previous owner (an
op) had replaced the BU406D w/ a BU406 -- thank you very much.
Fortunately, I've got a BU406D that I can toss in there, but I'm wondering
what harm this caused. In the repair faqs, it indicates that this *may* fry
the HV trans...
Any thoughts on this?
I don't have a LPOT tester (yet -- I guess I need to break down and buy one,
right John?).
Thanks
