TURN-DOWN THE BRIGHTNESS NOW!!!!!

 

now, i dont know what test gear you have but you need to check for signals
on the X Y leads from the gameboard to the monitor.

 

if you have signals on both at the monitor connector then it's definatly he
monitor.

 

check the power-supply and deflection circuits.

 

Btw. that dot should-not be there! that is what the spot-killer is
for.

(killing a static spot)

 

so that is probably being effected too.
