http://www.zws.com has plans for a cheap (<$25) eprom programmer, but it
needs a mod (detailed in the FAQ) to program 2716/2732. It also doesn't
do TMS2716's or 2708's. I started throwing one together over the
weekend, but haven't finished it yet...
