Anyone fix Tempest's in the Chicago region?

Hi!

I sold a Tempest to a fellow in Chicago and now his motherboard has
blown an output. I was wondering if there is anyone in the Chicago area
that is able to help him out? I suspect that it is one of the output
devices that has failed as he is getting about 7.0 VDC on the Y-Out tab.
Perhaps the op-amp or the cmos switch (very common). Anyone interested?
