How to find Cocktail Underlays

Well - I've been having a hard time finding someone on rgvac who has the
Cardboard underlays (I guess that's what they're called) for a Space Fury
cocktail game - even just to scan them in and send the jpegs to me. Any
advice from the Vector-Masters as to what I can do? The game actually
looks good without them, but I like to stay as original as I can.
