I think they're quoting the entire project. The costs add up fast-- buy
all the parts for all the boards (to get a quantity price break),
packaging materials, instruction manuals, time, etc... Do 200 boards
are your rate below and that's over $1K, then buy the parts for all of
them (even if the parts are only $7 a board that's another $1.4K).
Doing a 100 piece run of most *any* board is a pretty involved
project... (I've been amazed how many times the "line is stopped" on
the MultiPac because I'm waiting for parts or boxes or stickers or
anti-static bags or... You get the idea. ;-)
