UNIVID 1000?

While snooping around an op's warehouse, I came across a "Univid 1000
Video Test Kit". Anyone have any ideas how useful this might be? It
basically looked like a box with two joy sticks and a lot of cables to
plug in boards and/or a monitor. Does anyone know if it would handle
vector stuff or only raster? Any info would be appreciated. What would
be a reasonable price?
