No need to guess on that one. We have all kinds of 8085/86 based h/w
which we still support. If your phone line is on a DMS-100 (which is
a 50/50 chance), than you run 8085 code every time you pick up the
phone. For that matter, you also run some of my code every time
you pick up the phone.
