I had a "wiggle" problem with a Wells Gardner chassis that gave me fits. I
swapped every part into a known working monitor with no luck. I finally
tracked it down to a flaky chassis mounted power transistor.
The monitor worked fine, but in a game with a lot of vectors drawing, like
star wars, you would get wiggle, or even misdrawn vectors.
