Top half disappeared on WG6100

I have seen this problem come through before, so I thought I would ask
before pulling everything apart.

I fired my tempest up today and the top half of the screen is compressed
into a single line in the middle. The bottom half is drawing fine, and the
game plays fine (except for the missing half of the screen).

Any suggestions?
