Not going to work. The 4066 can't handle the larger differential supply
(+/-15V) that the 13201 takes. The internal resistance of the 4066
would be a problem too, methinks.

Well, if it's going to only be in an upright, how about eliminating
it altogether and just jumping pins 2 and 3.
