G-80 AC Voltage to card cage

Trying to get my Star Trek running again . . .

I just want to verify what the AC voltage supplied to the G-80 card cage
should be. G-80 info document from spies says it should be 3v . Mine is
reading about 7-8 VAC. All other voltages look right.

Except, of course, nothing seems to be working -- no led on the CPU board,
nothing.
