I've got a copy at http://www.westnet.com/~chris/arcade/ . At the time I
needed it, Geo Cities was very slow, so I just had wget copy the whole thing
for local printing. Took the better part of a day to pull it down (and it's
only about 1.1 meg) Looks like their connectivity has improved though.
