Star Wars Matrix errors...

Anyone know what:

Matrix Errors
A 0001
C 196A

Would mean from the Star Wars self-test? Someone asked my via e-mail and
it's been too long since I've had to work on one for me to remember how to
interpret the errors... (I did a browse through the troubleshooting guide
and operator's manual for guidance, but I must have missed the page?)
