5101 Question....

Hi Rodger,
   I have been messing around with the 5101 RAM's that I got from you and I can't find any
info on the speed suffix on the chips anywhere (databooks or internet). I have a Stern
game that I need two 5101's for and Im heading down to a surplus place this weekend but Im
realy unsure of what suffix to look for. Do you have any info on the speed suffix or a
pointer to where I may be able to find it(nothing on chipdir that I could find).
