Yup, those are the RAMs for Cinematronics boards. Centipede also
uses a large number of them (and probably some other games that I can't
remember at the moment.)

I'm pretty sure that the 2101 is a bipolar part, and the 5101 is a
CMOS part. THe 5101 was used in Williams boards, and was battery backed
up. The 9101, I'm guessing is just AMDs version of the part. AMD liked
to change the numbers of standard parts, by replacing the first number
with a 9. Examples: AM9060 = TMS4060, AM9114 = 2114, among others...
